SAVICKI is a chain of jewellery stores and an online shop. We built a warehouse and sales system: an interactive store floor plan with display cases, a POS till, a customer database with a loyalty programme and a content editor.
Stock, transfers and stocktaking between warehouses.
Display cases, the till and serving customers at the counter.
PIM and a post editor for the online shop.
Goods moved between warehouses and display cases, and the sales assistant searched for a product in drawers.
Availability in other stores, discounts and extra services checked by hand - in several places.
The store didn't know the customer's history, and custom orders lived in the consultants' notes.
A sale in the store goes through the system from the first scan to the completed transaction - without retyping data.
Search by name, EAN and SKU, availability in every warehouse and extra services suggested with the product.
Orders assigned to consultants are visible on an interactive kanban board. Consultants can hand them over to each other, and the whole store sees who is handling which order.
A consultant in any store sees the full customer card - orders, abandoned carts, addresses and correspondence.
The WMS and POS work together with the call center and CRM we built earlier. Stores, warehouses, the call center and the online shop work on the same data.
Every piece of jewellery has its own location, stock status and movement history in the system - from the warehouse to the counter.
Alterations ordered by customers go to dedicated production screens, where the workshop sees what it has to do and marks each stage until the piece returns to the store.
Products sit in display cases on the store floor plan, and every transfer between stores stays in the system.
Sales, custom orders and complaints are recorded on the customer card.
