Real business_

Jewellery, precious metals, windows and doors, sailing courses. Behind every project is a company that wanted to work faster and without retyping data by hand.

Number of projects: 8

La Marqueuse

Online shop and store operations

For La Marqueuse we built the shop to the brand's design. We also built a panel for managing products, orders and stores, and for editing content.

SAVICKI

Call center and CRM

A call center and CRM designed and built from scratch: a lead funnel, a customer card with contact history, AI support for consultants and a database of more than 34 thousand customers with sales segmentation.

Partner-Alma

Partner CRM: from measurement to installation

We built Partner CRM for a window and door company. It connects measurements and quotes with contracts, production and settlements. Documents and arrangements are attached to the project, which the team returns to at later stages of the work.

Dom Żeglarski MILA

A website with online booking for cruises and courses

For Dom Żeglarski MILA we created a website with a booking system for cruises and courses. The customer chooses a date and the number of seats, and pays online. The school's team handles sign-ups, updates the offer and creates new pages in the builder, without writing code.

Mennica Goldar

An online shop with automatic precious metals pricing

For Mennica Goldar we created an online shop with automatic precious metals pricing. Coin and bar prices are calculated from market quotes, exchange rates and set margins. The customer sees the sale price, the buy-back price and how long the quote is valid.

SAVICKI

WMS, POS and PIM for jewellery stores

A warehouse and sales system for a chain of jewellery stores: an interactive store floor plan with display cases, a POS till, a database of more than 180 thousand customers with a loyalty programme, consultants' orders, complaints and a content editor.

Shadowline

Quotes and production for roller blinds and venetian blinds

For Shadowline we're developing a system for made-to-measure products. The parameters of a roller or venetian blind affect its quote, and the order goes through a control printout, production preparation and shipping. The system also covers the warehouse and complaints.

Glass Expert

An order system for a glass workshop

For Glass Expert we're rewriting a glass workshop's ten-year-old system. An order goes from measurement and pane pricing, through production on the shop floor, to delivery, installation and settlement with the customer and the designer.

The processes are similar.
The details make the difference_

Orders, warehouse, customers and invoices look similar in every company. The difference lies in how precisely the system reflects the way you work.

We don't start from an off-the-shelf box. First we get to know your processes, then we choose the modules: from CRM and call center, through the online shop and PIM, to the warehouse and in-store sales. All tied together in one system.
