How we work

From the first coffee
to a working system_

We work in an agile way. Short sprints, regular progress demos and shared decisions mean you always know what stage the project is at.

01

Conversation

We get to know your business, goals and process bottlenecks.

02

Design

We turn ideas into UX wireframes and an interface design.

03

Implementation

We build in sprints and connect systems through APIs.

04

Growth

We maintain the system and extend it as the company grows.

01

Conversation and concept

We start with a meeting and a joint brainstorm. We talk to the people who work in the process every day, define business goals and agree the budget frame.

Stage outcome

A clear brief, business priorities and an initial architecture.

02

Solution design

We turn sketches into UX wireframes and attractive UI designs. We work out where the data comes from, which systems need to be connected and how they will talk to each other.

Stage outcome

An interactive prototype and an integration specification.

03

Development and rollout

The design comes to life in code. After every sprint we show working modules in a test environment, and we test every stage thoroughly.

Stage outcome

Working software and a safe production launch.

04

Maintenance and growth

Going live is just the beginning. We monitor stability, collect user feedback and add new features when your business needs them.

Stage outcome

Business continuity and a plan for further growth.

Ground rules

Less guesswork.
More substance_

Progress you can see

After every sprint you get a working piece of the system, not a progress report.

One team, one contact

The UX designer, graphic designers and developers work together, and the Project Manager keeps an eye on the whole.

Changes under control

We discuss new ideas together and tell you right away how they will affect the deadline and budget.

Before the first conversation

No. It's enough that you know what doesn't work today and what result you want to achieve. We'll prepare the specification together at the concept stage.

It depends on the scale of the project. Usually after just a few sprints we show the first working modules, not just documentation.

A decision-maker and someone who knows the process inside out, for example the warehouse or sales manager. Their knowledge saves weeks of work.

Yes. We often start with the area that hurts the most and extend the system in stages, without switching off what already works.
